Jeopardy

Jeopardy is a great way to review for a test or material being covered in the class. Students are excited to participate in a game and teachers can offer incentives such as extra credit on the test or free time. There are a variety of different classes that it can be used in to facilitate learning. With my previous experience with this game, students were very engaged and participated well aiding in student learning.

ISTE - NETS-T STANDARDS
1. Facilitate and Inspire Student Learning and Creativity
By using a the Jeopardy game the teacher is able to use their knowledge of subject matter to teach or review the students covered material and facilitate learning through the use of technology, which will help grasp the students attention and encourage student learning and creativity.

2. Design and Develop Digital-Age Learning Experiences and Assessments
Jeopardy template online is a digital tool, that was once used with poster board and note cards that is developed by the teacher and used to review necessary information to students.

5. Engage in Professional Growth and Leadership
Using Jeopardy the teacher is able to demonstrate how the use of technology in the classroom can be a great tool that can aid in student learning.
